Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how CNY Coffee ("we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed through our website (the "Site"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and roasted-to-ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take longer — we'll note any delays on our homepage or in your order confirmation.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CNY Coffee packages all orders carefully to arrive fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at craig@cnycoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the issue isn't resolved, contact us at craig@cnycoffee.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at craig@cnycoffee.com as soon as possible — we can make changes only if the order has not yet shipped.
