This coffee is “naturally processed, meaning it is dried in it’s cherry in the sun allowing all of it’s complex subtle flavors to fully absorb into each coffee bean. Very little coffee is dried in this manner because of the amount of labor involved in constantly tending to it. The end product is amazing! Rich milk chocolate, nice acidity, smooth lingering body.
