Coffee Donation Request Form
Coffee Mania enjoys giving back to the Cortland community that has been so supportive of us, however, due to the volume of requests for donations, we have a few guidelines that need to be followed.

Name		1. Requests must be submitted one month in advance of the date needed. 2. Requests must be for non-profit charitable organizations or causes. 3. Requests must be made using the online form. Please use the comment box on the request form to describe the nature of donation requested, for example: coffee, gift certificates, money, etc... Please understand that we receive many requests for donations, and are not able to honor all of them!
